    2. Filing a Takedown Notice

    • Your physical or electronic signature.
    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (title, edition, ISBN, URL, registration where available).

Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent national laws.

    3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@ludooka.com containing:

    • Your physical or electronic signature.
    • Identification of the material that was removed and the location it appeared.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

    • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

    4. Repeat-Infringer Policy

Ludooka will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, withhold any royalties associated with infringing listings, and report unlawful activity to competent authorities.
