Credits pay for help from the computer: drawing, scanning and narration. Drawing yourself in the Studio uses no credits. Standard and Pro include credits each month; anyone with the Studio Pass or a plan can buy more. Reading a book you can access never uses credits.
Before a creation starts you see an estimate, and you pay for what is actually made. If a run stops because credits run out, check your work before topping up to continue.

Credits pay for the parts that cost money to make, like a new translation or a voice. Reading never costs credits.
Cancel any time. After the first term you can stop with one month's notice.
Refunds and cancelling
You can cancel a plan or extra storage in your account; it stays until the end of the period you paid for. If extra storage ends and you use more than your allowance, you have 30 days to save or remove files before they become read only, and nothing is deleted without another warning. You can ask for a refund of the Studio Pass within 14 days of buying it. Read the refund policy and terms before you pay. More answers in the FAQ.
